How to Attach or Build a Protector for Digital Camera Displays

Homemade LCD Protector [external link]LCD screens sometimes break by leaving your keys in your pocket together with your digital camera. To prevent the screen from damage here is a HOWTO about building a protective cover for the LCD from some cheap supplies: an old CD or cassette case with very few scratches, adhesive Velcro, a razor and fine sandpaper.
Self Adhesive Foil HOWTO [external link]This guide explains how to attach a self adhesive foil (film) to a digital camera display. All the tips and tricks to get the foil applied without bubbles. Also "The Rule of Thirds" will be shown (in German).
